Helping Others As Guides In Nature
Five years ago we embarked on a life changing journey, we didn’t know how it was all going to happen or how it would shape our lives, but we knew that we wanted to help others along the way. As you know life can be very rough and down right cruel, but one of the most therapeutic things we can ever do is spending time in nature. We have discovered that Just a simple daily walk, kayak or enjoying a campfire for a few days out of the month can greatly reduce stress, paranoia and anxiety. It's a simple approach really but what we find is that many people need encouragement to do it. Thats where we come in. We have developed a steady system for individuals to commit to on a self guided step by step process.
We are currently developing an app to help people track their monthly progress and connect with us for one on one support. So stay tuned as we continue to implement our system and we should have something fully functional for you very soon! Once again thank you for your support as we full fill our mission!
